Annabelle London - Shipping Policy

From the United Kingdom, we deliver across Europe and ship to a select few International destinations. 

Certain pre-ordered items may be shipped directly from our factory overseas, to expedite delivery for our customers. Pre-ordered items typically dispatch between 10-15 working days. 


Shipping & Delivery
Based on the shipping dates provided below, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after it's placed, provided that the item is available in stock.
 
Delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays.
 
UK Deliveries
Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days) - £5.95
 
European Deliveries
Standard Delivery (5-10 Working Days)- £27.00
 
International Deliveries 
Standard Delivery (5-12 Working Days) - £35.00

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the above time frames. 

Couriers
We use a variety of courier services, including DPD, DHL, Evri, Royal Mail, and UPS. Our services come with tracking numbers and signed-for options that provide proof of delivery.

Taxes & Duties
Import tax and duty fees are subject to your own country and will not be covered by Annabelle London. We are not liable for held up packages at your own countries customs or unforeseen issues. Please kindly research and be aware of your customs requirements before ordering. 

When placing an order, it's essential to provide correct information, such as your name, delivery address, email address and any other required details. Any errors in this information could lead to customs clearance problems, lost packages or extra charges. Customs processing can cause delays in the delivery of your order. We have no control over these processes, and we cannot guarantee delivery times. 

If you choose to reject the parcel by not providing clearance or not paying the customs and duty fees, it will either be destroyed, lost or returned back to us. In such cases, if the item is lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund. Please note that the shipping costs, duties, and custom fees for the return will still be deducted from your refund.

Completing your purchase indicates your acknowledgement and awareness of these responsibilities. Understanding and acknowledgement of these conditions are mandatory upon checkout.

Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that may get lost during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and monitor its status via the tracking number provided. If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, they are responsible for locating their package. Once your package has been signed for or marked as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage.

Additionally, we do not take responsibility for packages that are damaged in transit, abandoned, or lost after delivery attempts. This also applies to shipments that could not be delivered due to the recipient's absence and were not picked up from a designated access point, resulting in their eventual disposal by the courier service. Ultimately, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor their package and stay updated on its status. 

We will do our utmost to assist you with any issues; however, we cannot guarantee refunds for lost packages or unforeseen circumstances. We will assess the situation fairly and inform you of the outcome.

Pre-Orders
Some items are available to pre-order, which means you can place the order before we have the item in stock. This is hugely beneficial as we have limited stock available and this will guarantee the purchase and reservation of the item. Pre-orders will typically get dispatched between 10 to 15 working business days after your purchase date.
 
However, please acknowledge that we cannot confirm these specific dates as there may be delays due to the Christmas season, bank-holidays, factory holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Once your pre-ordered item has arrived with us, we will dispatch it to you straight away using our standard shipping method. 
 
If you have ordered multiple items at once and some items were not purchased with a pre-order option, then the items which were not brought under a pre-order option will be set to one side and shipped with the pre-ordered items. Your full order will be shipped in one shipment on the pre-order dispatch date. 
 
You can cancel your pre-order 2 hours after your purchase. Once 2 hours have passed since your purchase, you will have to wait until the item arrives to you and request a refund within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the item arrived to you, you will not be eligible for a refund. Within 30 days after placing your pre-order, your order will normally be delivered.

Annabelle London reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
